Terms and Conditions

The following agreement specifies the Terms of Service under which Advanced Digital Limited will provide product and services to you. By accepting this agreement during your registration process you are agreeing to all of the terms contained within this document. Please note that whether you place an order via phone, fax, and email or on our website, all orders are subject to this agreement. These Terms of Agreement are an ongoing contract between you and Advanced Digital Limited. Please read them carefully.


Registration
You are required to register and provide accurate, specific information about yourself and your business in order to use our services. This is for your protection as well as our other members. We will respect the sensitive nature of such data, but it is imperative that we understand whom we are doing business with and how you will sell and market our product line. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

This is a live website. Please refrain from doing tests.

Our service
We accept orders nationally excluding Rodrigues Islands. All orders that are collected online will receive an invoice by e-mail from us. This is only a confirmation of the items ordered online. We will then issue an e-mail to confirm acceptance of the order after checking availability from our stocks. The order status can also be viewed on our website at any moment using the link provided when the order was made online. The goods should be collected within 1 working day at our main store which is at 20 Sir Virgile Naz Street, Port Louis Tel: 5806 7247.

If you cancel the order or modify it or do not take delivery after 1 working day, then the goods ordered will be reallocated. You will have to pay a fine of 10% for invoice cancellation.

Term
You may discontinue doing business or cancel your membership at anytime. Advanced Digital Limited also reserves the right to suspend or cancel service at any time. The terms of this agreement will stay in effect indefinitely for all intellectual property, products, and services used or purchased.

Changes
We reserve the right to post changes to fees for products or services at anytime. We also reserve the right to correct typographical errors without honoring the error. Such changes will become effective immediately unless otherwise indicated.

Returned cheques
We accept cheques from some determined customers. Cheques returned for any reason will result in a service charge of Rs. 100.00 + VAT. We reserve the right to no longer accept cheques from any customer without requiring to disclose the reason.

Forms of payment
At present we allow only cash or cheque payments for local customers.

International transactions
Sorry, we do not ship outside the Mauritius territory at this time.

User conduct
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations related to use of our Products and Services. You may not use our Products or Services to engage in fraud or other illegal activity, or to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

You agree that in the event we have shipped you merchandise in error that you will let us know and make the necessary provisions for us to pick it up.

You agree that you will not willfully or maliciously interfere with the proper working of the Site. This shall include any action that would place an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure or limit our ability to provide service to other clients.

Content
All content included or available on our website and through the content service such as images, text, logos, advertisements, graphics, video clips, audio clips and programming code, is the property of Advanced Digital Limited and/or third parties, and is protected by copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual and proprietary rights. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on the website is the exclusive property of Advanced Digital Limited and/or its licensors, vendors and is protected by copyrights or other intellectual and proprietary rights.

Communications by phone
We may call you on occasion to communicate important information about an order. We may periodically contact you for the purposes of improving our services, or to offer assistance, or request a survey, or to inform you of a special promotion.

Communications by email
We will communicate with email to inform you of your order status. Such communications may include when an order is received, when an order is shipped and when an order is cancelled. The following types of communications - information on products, services, special deals, and updates - will also be emailed to members unless you choose the option not receive them.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer. As with most sites we use cookies to control certain aspects of our website operation such as holding the contents of the shopping cart in place or allowing a user the ability to move from page to page with out logging into each page individually. Usage of a cookie will not link or extract any of your personal information while on our site. We use session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie terminates once a user closes the browser. A persistent cookie will remain on the users’ computer for a period of time. Cookies can be permanently removed from your computer at anytime by following the directions located in the Internet browser help file. For example in Internet Explorer the procedure can be achieved by clicking on the “Tools” menu located the top menu bar, then click, Internet options>general tab>delete cookies.

Log files
Log files are simply a method of tracking how visitors to our site use our site. Almost all sites create log files and they contain valuable data in improving the site. The information that is logged includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, pages viewed, duration of visit, Cart abandonment, IP addresses and similar statistics.

Our Web site contains links to other sites. The privacy policy for those sites may be completely different then policy of Advanced Digital Limited. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each Web site that collects personally identifiable information.

Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly accept data from anyone under the age of 16 and no part of our website is structured with the intention of attracting anyone under 16.

Secure facility
Security is very important us. For this reason, we have chosen to store our data on a secure server. This provides an environment that would be difficult for us to duplicate within our own facilities. We have made this investment to provide our customers with the best protection available. All servers are password protected and with extremely limited access. 

The passing and storing of sensitive data
Our website is designed to communicate to our database in an encrypted state using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Security audits
We may, at our discretion, hire a third-party security corporation to run audits against our network and determine any weaknesses. We use the result of those audits to constantly improve our network security.

Making corrections to your personal information
To update or correct your personal information you should sign in to your online account and access the “My Account” link. You may then make changes to your personal information. If you cannot sign in or you need to make a change to your personal data you will need to contact Customer service on 5806 7247 or email adlmauritius@gmail.com or simply send us your request by using the Contact Us page.     To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
